We develop, challenge and empower student-athletes. Our passionate coaches challenge our athletes to focus on the fundamentals, encourage them to work hard and be coachable, empower leadership, and above all else, teach them to be great teammates.
ABOUT US
Kansas City Lacrosse Club was built to provide top-level training and opportunities for exposure to athletes whose goal it is to compete at the highest levels and eventually, to play at the collegiate level.
KCLC features the top athletes from the Kansas City area’s most competitive high schools and middle schools. Our players receive year-round instruction on how to improve themselves as athletes, their lacrosse game and prepare for the next level. Athletes are not only coached and taught to be better lacrosse players but empowered to be confident leaders in all other aspects of their lives.
HOW WE STARTED
KCLC is an outgrowth of Midwest Top Gun Girls, a Kansas City based club lacrosse program. Kallie Muck started as the Girl’s Director at Top Gun with one elite travel team in the Summer of 2020. With so much success at national tournaments, the girl’s side quickly grew to three teams by the Fall of 2020. Madeline Gilstrap joined Kallie Muck as Co-Director to help oversee the rapid growth of the program. Together, they expanded to five teams by the Fall of 2022.
Kallie and Madeline recognized there was a dire need for a competitive, girls-only focused program; so, they branched off to begin the first-ever female owned and operated elite lacrosse club program starting in 2023.

MEET OUR COACHES
Our coaching staff has a variety of experience and includes five former NCAA Division I players, two former NCAA DII players, one current NCAA DII player, former All-Americans, and current youth, high school and college coaches.
Our KCLC coaches value each player. It is the goal of our coaches that each player will embrace and believe that by playing with passion, conviction and hard work, they will then encounter no insurmountable barriers on the lacrosse field or in life.
