Coach Tracie is a passionate coach and educator with over 20 years of experience working with young athletes. She grew up on Long Island, New York, in a close-knit lacrosse family and developed a love for sports at an early age. A multi-sport athlete in high school, Tracie went on to play attack at the University of Maryland, where she achieved a lifelong goal and won three NCAA National Championships.

After college, Tracie coached high school lacrosse in the East Bay of California before moving to Kansas City in 2003 for a teaching position. Since then, she has remained deeply involved in the local sports community, coaching lacrosse and basketball at various levels while continuing her work in education. She has a strong passion for youth development and especially enjoys coaching her own daughter.

Tracie believes that effort and commitment are the foundation of success. At the youth level, she emphasizes strong stick skills, conditioning, and the mental side of the game, including confidence, visualization, and being a great teammate. Above all, she is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where athletes can grow as players and as people—both on and off the field.
