Summer with KCLC is an investment in real development through intentional training and competitive opportunities that challenge athletes at every stage. Players train weekly in fast-paced practices focused on skill progression, lacrosse IQ, and game readiness. With dedicated high school and youth sessions, players receive the right balance of skill development, age-appropriate instruction, and meaningful reps that translate directly to confidence on the field.

For our high school players, we go beyond the field to provide recruiting guidance and resources to help athletes navigate the next level. From our high-level coaching to competitive opportunities, our summer training delivers exceptional value for those looking for purposeful development. â€‹â€‹

What We Offer:

During our weekly practices, players will receive consistent training throughout the summer with experienced, high-level coaches focused on:

Which option is best for you?

Youth & High School Training

This is a great option for youth and high school players who are traveling and competing with out-of-state/other teams who are looking to sharpen their skills with weekly practices and reps against strong competition. This option is also ideal for players just wanting to develop in the off-season and refine their skills to improve their game.

College Performance Lab

The College Performance Lab exists to challenge collegiate lacrosse players through demanding, intentional training that sharpens technical ability and prepares them to perform at their highest level - resulting in skilled, conditioned, and mentally confident lacrosse athletes.

TRAINING OPTIONS

Who: Incoming 12th ('27), 11th ('28), 10th ('29), 9th ('30) Grade

Cost: $400

  • 2x per week from June to mid-July

HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING

Who: Incoming 4th, 3rd, 2nd & 1st Grade

Cost: $200

  • 2x per week from June to mid-July

YOUTH TRAINING

Who: Incoming 8th ('31), 7th ('32), 6th ('33), 5th ('34) Grade

Cost: $300

  • 2x per week from June to mid-July

YOUTH TRAINING

Who: Current college players or graduating high school seniors ('26)

Cost: 

  • 2x/week - $300

  • 1x/week - $150

  • Drop-ins - $40/session

Training runs June to mid-July
