WINTER TRAINING
Stay Competitive. Stay Prepared. Stand Out.
Train With Purpose. Compete With Confidence. Prepare for Spring.
With spring season on the horizon, winter is a critical time to stay sharp. Winter is where players at every level make their biggest strides. KCLC Winter Training keeps athletes active, improving, and confident—whether they’re gearing up for youth league play, preparing for a high school season, or building long-term goals for future recruiting.

Our one-hour weekly sessions are fast-paced, high-touch, and intentionally designed to help athletes stay sharp in the off-season. Players receive age-appropriate instruction and position-specific coaching so every athlete gets the development they need.
During KCLC Winter Training, players will work on:
-
Refined stickwork and consistent ball control
-
Footwork, speed, and agility movements
-
Small-sided, game-like scenarios that build decision-making and lacrosse IQ
-
Position-specific training for attackers, midfielders, and defenders
-
Live competitive play to elevate confidence and intensity
For youth players, winter is a chance to grow skills, gain confidence, and build strong fundamentals.
For high school athletes, winter is a critical period to maintain consistency, sharpen technique, and prepare to stand out this spring—and beyond.
