High-intensity summer training for current collegiate players
The College Performance Lab is designed for athletes who want more than just reps. This is a competitive, demanding, training environment built to maintain college-level speed, sharpen position specific skills, and push athletes physically and mentally throughout the summer.​​

Expect to train hard, compete harder, and leave every session sore, sweaty, and better than you arrived.

This is not recreational training. Sessions are intentionally designed to be intense and mirror the physical and mental demands of the college game.
We will train with purpose you can compete with confidence.

What To Expect
Each training session is thoughtfully structured to develop the complete athlete:

Position-Specific Skill Work
Targeted reps and technical training tailored to offensive, defensive and midfield positions.
​​
Footwork, Agility & Conditioning
Game-speed movement, change of direction, and conditioning built directly into training - not as an afterthought.
​​
Small-Sided Competition
High-tempo, competitive play that emphasizes decision-making, spacing, and execution under pressure.​
​
Mental Performance & Leadership
Brief but intentional focus on mindset, confidence, leadership, and habits that translate on and off the field.
​
This is training the demands focus, effort, and competitiveness - the same standard expected at the college level.

Athletes may choose the commitment level that fits their summer schedule:

Who: Current college players or graduating 2026's
Cost: $40 / session

Any training from June to mid-July
Drop-in
Spots are limited. Priority will be given to athletes committing to the full-program (2x/week) option.
